About Us
The Proteus Studio is an Australian business selling framed art prints and digital downloads. Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Orders
When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase the item(s) at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Made-to-Order Products
Framed prints are produced on demand through our print partner network once an order is placed. Please review size and design carefully before ordering, as made-to-order items cannot always be changed once production has started.
Digital Products
Digital downloads are supplied for personal, non-commercial use only. By purchasing a digital product, you agree not to resell, redistribute, share, or use the files for any commercial purpose. All designs remain the intellectual property of The Proteus Studio.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable under Australian law. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed and paid for.
Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping & Returns page. These are estimates only; actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays.
Returns and Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a refund, repair, or replacement for goods that are faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from their description. See our Shipping & Returns page for how to make a claim.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, images, and content on this site are the property of The Proteus Studio and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission, other than for the personal use rights granted with digital product purchases.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Proteus Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
