Framed Prints

How long does a framed print take to arrive?
Framed prints are made to order. Processing typically takes 2-5 business days, and Australian orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days in total once shipped.

What sizes are available?
Most framed prints come in three sizes: 30x40cm (12x16 inches), 40x50cm (16x20 inches), and 50x70cm (20x28 inches). You can choose your size from the dropdown on each product page.

What are the frames like?
Each framed print comes in a premium black wooden frame with plexiglass glazing, ready to hang straight out of the box — no additional framing needed.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Please check the shipping options at checkout for your address. If international shipping isn't available for a particular item, get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible.

Digital Downloads

How do digital downloads work?
After you complete your purchase, your file will be available to download instantly from your order confirmation email and from your account order history. No physical item is shipped.

What file format will I receive?
Digital products are supplied as high-resolution JPEG or PDF files, suitable for home printing or taking to a local print shop for larger formats.

Can I get a refund on a digital download?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," we're generally unable to offer refunds once a digital download has been accessed. If there's a genuine fault with your file (for example, it won't open or is missing pages), contact us and we'll fix it or refund you. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Can I print and resell your digital designs?
No. Digital downloads are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or commercial use of the files or printed copies isn't permitted.

Orders & Payment

Do your prices include GST?
Yes. As an Australian business, all prices displayed in AUD include GST where applicable, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include major credit and debit cards and other options enabled on our store.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because framed prints are made to order, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within a short window after ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
